I think Rasputin might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to TURISAS - Rasputin. Sagat has chosen Street Dreams - Hollywood Undead as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sagat looks to land a body kick but Rasputin moved away.
Rasputin looks to clinch
and Sagat counters with a thumping low kick.
Sagat thuds his shin into the meat of Rasputin's side.
Rasputin is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A head kick misses from Sagat.
Rasputin avoids the head kick by Sagat.

Sagat darts in and clinches Rasputin up against the cage.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Sagat creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Sagat lands on the inside with an uppercut.

It looks like Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin has been cut.

Sagat lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Sagat tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Rasputin tries to throw a body punch but Sagat avoids it by throwing Rasputin back against the cage.
A fake to the body and Sagat gets the Thai clinch. He wastes no time and tries to connect with knees to the head. This is dangerous for Rasputin! He should get out! Another devastating knee and Rasputin falls head first to the ground. It's all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Knee). O Sagat!
A determined O Sagat didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
