The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Splash shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Worner is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Worner shoots in for a double leg but Splash sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Jorda Splash seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Worner shoots in for a takedown but Splash shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Splash wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Worner, who protects the arm well.

Splash swings around for an armbar but Worner sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Splash's guard.
