Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swanson misses with a wild body shot.
Duff shoots for a double leg takedown but Swanson sprawls well. He's pushed Duff's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Swanson tries a head kick but it misses.
Duff showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Swanson.
Swanson throws a push kick but Duff slaps the foot to one side.
Duff feints and as Swanson raises his hands in defense, Duff changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Swanson is striking but Duff is not phased and passes to half guard.

Duff seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Swanson swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Duff rushes Swanson and presses him up against the cage.

Duff tries to close the distance and clinch up but Swanson swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Duff decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Duff shoots in but Swanson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Swanson lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Swanson gets caught flat footed, as Duff shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Duff is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Duff advances position into side control!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Duff is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Swanson's shoulder. That is not cool.
Swanson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Duff. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Duff in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Duff tries for a kimura but Swanson is defending well.

Duff takes a little break here. Swanson wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
