Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nikola Mester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grim Reaper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Nikola Mester!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Grim Reaper!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reaper moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Mester is trying hard to land a takedown here. Reaper sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Reaper delivers a nice body kick.
Mester looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Reaper is fending him off so far but Mester persists. Nope, Reaper circles away and we're back to standing.
Mester on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Mester checks a low kick from Reaper.
Reaper throws a chopping leg kick but Mester manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Mester blocks a head kick by Reaper.
Horrible takedown by Mester or perhaps it was just good defense by Reaper which made him look bad.

Mester shoots in and drives through. Reaper sprawls well.

Reaper throws a low kick but it's checked well by Mester.

Reaper stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Reaper wants it to stay on the feet.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Mester shoots in but no luck this time.

Reaper throws a leg kick but Mester sees it coming and moves out of range.

Mester blocks a head kick by Reaper.
Mester checks a leg kick nicely.
Mester will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Mester shoots in but Reaper avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Mester shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Reaper as he jumps to the side.
Nice takedown defense from Reaper. No joy for Mester on that attempt.
Mester throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Reaper's waist but Reaper gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mester off to one side.
Reaper throws out a leg kick but Mester moves out of range and Reaper only half commits.
Nikola Mester seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Reaper throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Reaper shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Reaper misses with a low kick.
No luck for Mester with that takedown attempt.
Mester looks for a takedown but Reaper sprawls well.
Mester looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Reaper.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Reaper throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Reaper tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Mester avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Mester shoots in looking for a takedown. Reaper tries to sprawl out of it but Mester keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Reaper manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Mester shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Reaper sprawls well. Reaper wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Mester gets slowly back to his feet.
Reaper leaves Mester with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nikola Mester. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Reaper is looking to chop away at Mester's legs.

Reaper is refusing to be controlled, as Mester sits in half guard.
Still in half guard, Mester seems content to control.

Reaper is staying active underneath Mester, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Nikola Mester wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Reaper moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Grim Reaper seems to be getting the better of the standup.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Reaper throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Reaper lands with a hook. Mester tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Reaper misses with a low kick.
Mester shoots in looking for a takedown. Reaper tries to sprawl out of it but Mester keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Reaper manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Reaper seems a little lost for a moment, as Mester dominates the positioning.
You can see the frustration on Reaper's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Mester is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Reaper will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Mester tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Mester shoots in for a takedown but Reaper shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Reaper feints and then cracks Mester's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Mester down.
Reaper displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mester.
Reaper lands a leg kick that knocks Mester off balance momentarily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mester changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Reaper tries to avoid it but Mester manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Reaper to the ground. Reaper escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Mester fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Nikola Mester will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Mester looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Reaper is fending him off so far but Mester persists. Nope, Reaper circles away and we're back to standing.
Mester takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Mester takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Reaper connects with an inside leg kick.
Mester shoots in looking for a takedown but Reaper manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mester's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nikola Mester. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Reaper swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Mester fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Reaper avoids it really well and circles away.

Reaper wants to control but Mester is keeping busy.
Mester looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Mester is working for a submission of some sort.

Reaper is looking to improve his position.
Mester not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Mester landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Mester takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Mester is looking for a kimura here.
Mester is looking to take a break and control but Reaper is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Reaper avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Mester.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Reaper can do anything to dispel that myth.

Good leg kick by Reaper there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Mester shoots in looking for a takedown. Reaper tries to sprawl out of it but Mester keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Reaper manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Mester is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Mester chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Reaper can pounce on him.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Grim Reaper.
I think Reaper has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
