Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Best Ever!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Jorge Garcia and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marston fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ever avoids it really well and circles away.
Ever scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Ever will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Marston tries to roll over but Ever keeps him under control.
Ever looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Marston with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Marston slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Ever is looking to work some ground and pound but Marston has wrist control.
Marston is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ever is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Ever loads up on a big left hand. Marston felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Ever looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Marston can't hide his disappointment, as Ever celebrates the victory.
