Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Danny Power (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sly Randolph (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Power kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Dangerous. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Power checks a leg kick.
Power walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Randolph fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Randolph moves out of range of the body kick from Power.
Randolph tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Randolph misses with a head kick.
Randolph ducks right into an uppercut from Power.
Power misses with a body kick.
Randolph connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Randolph slips under a jab from Power.
Power buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Power is looking to score with low kicks.
Randolph on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Power. Power obviously looking to wear him down.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Randolph.
Power fails with a takedown attempt.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Randolph.

Power thows a leg kick but Randolph checks it
and Randolph finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Power tests Randolph's chin there with a solid looking shot.

It looks like Danny Power has been cut.
Power misses with a few strikes there.
Sly Randolph is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Randolph scores with a spinning back kick!
Randolph has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Power.
Randolph misses with a head kick.
Randolph swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Power darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Power uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Randolph.

Power gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Randolph.
Randolph misses with a straight left.
Power throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Randolph on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Power misses with an uppercut.
Power walks forward, straight into a front kick from Randolph.
Randolph dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Power. That did some damage!
A swing and a miss from Randolph.
Power lets loose with a powerful body kick. Randolph will feel that in the morning.
Randolph connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Power's hands.
Randolph looks to throw the jab but Power is out of range.
Randolph misses with a body kick.
Randolph moves out of range of the strikes.
Power blocks the body kick.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Power takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Randolph takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Power tried to score with a low kick but Randolph checks it.

Power closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Randolph to the mat! Randolph manages to get full guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Randolph lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Power!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Randolph misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Power tries to lock up and control but Randolph gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Randolph fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Power is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Randolph unloads with some shots from mount but Power bucks and avoids them well.
Power avoids a series of strikes thrown by Randolph.
Randolph can't control as he wanted to and Power manages to get the fight back to his half guard.
Randolph missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Power avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Randolph.
Randolph thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Power's head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Randolph throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Randolph not landing any meaningful shots this time.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sly Randolph dominated that round.

Randolph's corner calls for a 1-2. Randolph obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Power takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

Power bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Randolph's head.
Power gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Power moves away from the strike by Randolph.
Power walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Oh Power is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sly Randolph seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Randolph misses with a hook. Power ducked under it nicely.
Power throws a series of punches but Randolph avoids them all with ease.
Power throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Randolph blocks a low kick nicely.
Power attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Power misses with a hook. Randolph ducked under it nicely.
Randolph steps in with a hook that catches Power right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Randolph follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Power looks absolutely devastated.

A relieved looking Sly Randolph thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
