Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Zed Zeddy!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Alyssa Summers and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zeddy rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Garnett moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Zeddy needs to keep his hands up - Garnett had a free shot at his head there.
Zeddy takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Garnett scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Zeddy doesn't seem bothered though.
Zeddy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Garnett circles away quickly and effectively.
Garnett throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

and Zeddy counters with a nice double leg into side control. Garnett won't be happy with that.

Garnett has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Zeddy can do anything to dispel that myth.

Zeddy is still in real trouble! Can Garnett finish him?
Garnett loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Zeddy scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Garnett land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Garnett stands and salutes the crowd.
