Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mark Jansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Milani Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rua has chosen Armin Van Buuren - Sail as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Milani Rua has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Mark Jansen's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Franklyn Lucas and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jansen moves into range and clinches up with Rua.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Jansen is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Rua gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Jansen misses with a body punch.
Jansen drops down looking for an ankle pick but Rua pulls his leg out and moves away.
Rua throws a sloppy head kick and Jansen moves out of range easily.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Rua managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Jansen.

Rua is not content to let Jansen control the position.
Rua really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jansen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Rua stalks Jansen and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Jansen's face. Jansen staggers backwards, shaken.

Rua shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jansen but Jansen pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Jansen feints and as Rua raises his hands in defense, Jansen changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

A kick lands to the mid section there for Rua.
Rua scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Rua tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

and Rua holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Rua fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Rua tries to pull guard but Jansen holds him up against the cage and eventually Rua drops back down to his feet.

Milani Rua showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Milani Rua comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Rua has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
