Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penguin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Nugg but Nugg pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Nugg swats away the attempt to clinch by Penguin.
Nugg misses with a left hand
and Penguin counters with a nice low kick that buckles Nugg's knee momentarily.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Nugg is defended easily by Penguin.
Nugg dives in and grabs Penguin's left leg, looking for a takedown. Penguin pushes down on Nugg's head and hops out.

Nugg shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Penguin moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Penguin wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Nugg must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Penguin working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Nugg doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Penguin is tightening it up a little... Nugg has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Nugg reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Nugg taps out! Nice BJJ there by Penguin!
