The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miranovic looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Miranovic lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bogdan circles away quickly and effectively.
Bogdan shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bogdan is defended easily by Miranovic.

Miranovic shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bogdan's guard.

Bogdan is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Miranovic is aware though and is defending well.

Miranovic stands up over Bogdan, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Miranovic drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Miranovic jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Miranovic got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bogdan has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Miranovic has managed to get both his arms back between Bogdan's legs - danger averted.
Miranovic really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bogdan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Miranovic stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bogdan swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Miranovic slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
