Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Quinton Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dom Vonrom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vonrom looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Johnson lands with a slapping head kick.

It looks like Dom Vonrom has been cut.
Johnson throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Vonrom shoots for a double leg takedown but Johnson sprawls well. He's pushed Vonrom's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Vonrom shoots in for a takedown but Johnson shows good takedown defense.
Quinton Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dom Vonrom.

Johnson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Vonrom.
Johnson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

and Johnson counters with a body kick that stops Vonrom in his tracks momentarily.

Nice takedown defense from Johnson. No joy for Vonrom on that attempt.
Vonrom misses with a takedown attempt - Johnson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Vonrom closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Johnson to the mat! Johnson manages to get full guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Quinton Johnson will probably get the nod.

Horrible takedown by Vonrom or perhaps it was just good defense by Johnson which made him look bad.

Vonrom shoots in looking for a takedown. Johnson tries to sprawl out of it but Vonrom keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Johnson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Johnson feints and then cracks Vonrom's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Vonrom down.

Johnson defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Vonrom.
No luck for Vonrom with that takedown attempt.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Johnson! Vonrom is out on his feet! Johnson rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Vonrom is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Vonrom is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
