Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Sam Margolis and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carneiro wants to clinch
and KapKav moves into the clinch.
KapKav successfully pulls guard.
Carneiro trying to control the position from guard on top but KapKav is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Carneiro passes KapKav's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Carneiro is taking a breather. KapKav says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
KapKav wants to control but Carneiro is keeping busy.
Carneiro tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
KapKav is looking to get back to is feet but Carneiro passes into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Carneiro looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Carneiro trying to control the action but KapKav is working from the bottom.
Carneiro is staying tight to KapKav's torso, preventing him from escaping.
KapKav tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Carneiro wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
KapKav struggling a bit here.
Carneiro has an Americana. KapKav didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Carneiro is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Carneiro hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
