The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Salace looking to score a takedown here. Godley is defending well but Salace drives through and ends up in Godley's guard.
Godley is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Godley is rocked!
Salace cracks Godley with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Salace immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Godley is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Salace!

A very excited looking Simon Salace rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
