The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones tries to clinch up.
Jones takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Styless circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jones swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Styless.
Jones is looking to clinch.
Jones drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Jones wants to clinch but Styless slips to the side
and Styless counters with a slapping leg kick.

Styless decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
