Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mark Woleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Jorge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jorge is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Back in black. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 31 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mark Woleman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, James Jorge!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woleman misses with a wild body shot.
Jorge avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Jorge tries to bum rush Woleman with a series of wild strikes but Woleman uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Jorge tries for a takedown but Woleman sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Jorge doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Jorge is looking for a sweep.

Woleman wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jorge keeps working.

Woleman remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
You can see the frustration on Jorge's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Woleman is putting a hurting on Jorge here, landing some big shots from side control.
Woleman connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Jorge some visible discomfort.
Woleman is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Jorge's shoulder. That is not cool.

Woleman takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Jorge will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Woleman changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jorge tries to avoid it but Woleman manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jorge to the ground. Jorge escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Mark Woleman decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
