Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dante Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dom Deluse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Silva scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Deluse throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Deluse fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Silva connects with a jab.
Silva connects with a body shot that sends Deluse's belly button to the back.
Silva lands with an uppercut that bounces Deluse off the cage and back into range.
Deluse shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Silva but Silva pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Deluse darts in and clinches Silva up against the cage.
Silva tries to break the clinch but Deluse is controlling the position.
A frustrated look appears on Silva's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Deluse jumps into guard, dragging Silva to the mat.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Deluse is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Silva is controlling him.
Silva wants to control from the top but Deluse keeps moving.

Deluse throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Silva wants to control from the top but Deluse keeps moving.
Deluse trying to keep a closed guard but Silva is proving a slippery customer.
Silva wants to stand but Deluse is controlling his posture from full guard.
Silva won't allow Deluse to sweep him here.
Deluse manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Deluse goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Silva is on top in guard.
Deluse keeping moving, preventing Silva from controlling successfully.
Silva throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Deluse works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Deluse manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Silva manages to get himself to full guard.
Silva is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Deluse stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Silva swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Deluse must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Silva escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Deluse gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Deluse wants to get up but he can't break Silva's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Deluse has gone for a leg lock! Silva slips out almost immediately though and dives into Deluse's guard.

Silva wants to stand but Deluse has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dante Silva dominated that round.
That's time! Silva's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Silva pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Deluse back to the cage. Silva follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Deluse shoots in looking for a takedown. Silva tries to sprawl out of it but Deluse keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Silva manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Deluse darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Silva is looking to improve his position.
Silva trying to hold on to Deluse's head to control him but Deluse postures up.

Deluse slows the pace down in half guard.
Silva wants to control but Deluse is keeping busy and won't allow it.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Dante Silva just wasn't active enough.
Deluse shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Silva pinned against the cage. Silva gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Silva connects with a body shot that sends Deluse's belly button to the back.
Silva Rushes Deluse and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Deluse is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Silva Piles on the pressure and Deluse crumples to the floor! This one is all over!

A relieved looking Dante Silva thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
