The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ares shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Peroche is trying to stand.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Peroche lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Peroche.
Ares lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Peroche is looking to close the distance but Ares sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Peroche crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Peroche is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
