Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kakashi Hatake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nes Quick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Kakashi Hatake!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 12 - 0, fighting out of New York, Nes Quick!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Donald Grub and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hatake fails in his attempt to clinch.

Nes Quick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hatake tries to clinch up.
Hatake tries to close the distance and clinch but Quick swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Quick manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Hatake on his heels. He'll look to pass Hatake's guard now, I'm sure.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Quick postures up in Hatake's guard and throws a big left but Hatake blocks it.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Quick pushes Hatake off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Horrible takedown by Quick or perhaps it was just good defense by Hatake which made him look bad.

Hatake shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Quick's guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Kakashi Hatake will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Quick can do anything to dispel that myth.
