The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Joestar leaves Brown with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Brown moves forwards but Joestar connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Brown takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Jonathon Joestar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Joestar is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Joestar throws a combination. Brown tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Joestar connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Brown momentarily.
Brown's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Joestar connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Brown scrambles back to his feet.
Joestar jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Joestar lands an overhand right.

Joestar fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Brown looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Joestar lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Joestar tests Brown's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Joestar ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Joestar lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Brown goes down and covers up as Joestar starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!

After winning the bout, Jonathon Joestar thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
