PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between John Dodson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Spank Rabbit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Spank Rabbit told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dodson scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Rabbit doesn't seem bothered though.

Rabbit misses with a double jab
and Dodson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Dodson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Rabbit sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Dodson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Dodson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Rabbit's guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Rabbit is on top in guard.

Rabbit unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Dodson wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Rabbit celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
