The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malapitan has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Spokesthing.
Spokesthing rushes Malapitan and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Spokesthing prevents a takedown attempt there.
Spokesthing lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Malapitan blocking some punches.
Malapitan blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Spokesthing escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Spokesthing wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Malapitan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Spokesthing is trying to maintain the position but Malapitan is very close to passing his half guard.
