Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Zo Hyde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Scully (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Zo Hyde!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dan Scully!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Valeri Chadov and Fedor Mirinova.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scully fails to land the takedown.
Hyde throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Scully's head.

Scully is rocked!
Hyde scores with a leg kick.
Scully is still on wobbly legs! Can Hyde finish him?

Hyde gets a clinch.
Hyde trying to stall but Scully improves his position.
Hyde stops a takedown attempt from Scully.
Scully seems to have recovered his senses.
Scully jumps guard but Hyde stands there with Scully around his waist. Scully gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Scully closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Hyde shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Scully is squirming around, avoiding Hyde's attempts to control the action.
Scully can't escape the position.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Scully tries to bench press Hyde off him but Hyde keeps the position.

Hyde decides to stand back up. Hyde steps back and let's Scully get back to his feet.
Scully has his takedown stuffed
and Hyde counters with a three punch combo that has Scully backing up. Scully nods at Hyde to acknowledge the strikes.

Hyde can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Scully is looking to escape.
Scully is trying to get to the ropes to help him get back to his feet.

Hyde shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Scully's guard.
Hyde wants to control from the top but Scully keeps moving.
Hyde slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Scully is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Hyde is looking for a sweep. Scully is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Hyde is staying active underneath Scully, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Scully has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Scully wants to control the pace but Hyde is squirming around nicely.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Scully is working for a guillotine from mount but Hyde frees his head quite easily.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Scully moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Hyde has worked his arm free - good work by Hyde!

Scully tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Scully has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Hyde is pushing Scully's head away, looking to escape. Scully manages to hold on to the position though.

Scully is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Hyde has escaped the position, nice work there.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Hyde rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Scully moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Zo Hyde is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Scully has his takedown stuffed
and Hyde counters with a thumping low kick.
Hyde thows a body kick. Scully tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Hyde tightens his grip and picks Scully up, before dumping him to the ground. Scully manages to land in guard.
Hyde wanted to stand there but Scully had control of the position.
Scully is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Zo Hyde overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

and Hyde counters with a series of strikes. Scully will be more careful next time no doubt.

Hyde comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Hyde breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Scully on the wrong end of a kick to the body.

Scully sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Hyde pushes Scully up against the ropes in a clinch.
Hyde wants a takedown.
Hyde tries to land knees in the clinch but Scully avoids the damage to the body.
Hyde prevents Scully from breaking the clinch.

Hyde has hold of one of Scully's legs. Scully is fighting the takedown attempt but Hyde gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Scully has a closed guard, preventing Hyde from standing up.

Hyde avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Scully is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Hyde wants to get up but he can't break Scully's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Scully has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hyde can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Hyde gets to his feet. Scully looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Hyde throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Scully's waist but Scully gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hyde off to one side.
Hyde pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hyde misses with a kick to the body.

Hyde clinches with his opponent.
Dan Scully has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Scully tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Hyde scores a nice knee to the body.

Zo Hyde showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Hyde has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
