Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Boomer Balistia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hunter Braxton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunter Braxton will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Hugh Johnson and Steve Erwin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Braxton misses the shot to the body.
Braxton thuds a left hand into Balistia's body.
Braxton wants to clinch.
Balistia swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Braxton is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Braxton connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Braxton moves into range and clinches up with Balistia.
Braxton wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Braxton throws a head punch that misses.

Braxton breaks from the clinch.
Braxton fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Balistia.

Balistia is trying to trip Braxton. He has hold of a leg but Braxton is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Balistia persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Braxton manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Balistia manages to get himself to full guard.

Braxton is pushing down on Balistia's leg trying to pass to half guard. Balistia is fighting to maintain full guard but Braxton has managed to sneak the leg through.

Braxton wants to work for an arm triangle but Balistia is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Braxton is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That's time! Balistia's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Braxton shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Balistia pinned against the cage. Balistia gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

We're going to have a standup here because Boomer Balistia wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Balistia throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Braxton was covering up waiting for the punch and Balistia finishes the takedown easily into guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Boomer Balistia.
