The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie tried to score with a low kick but Carson checks it.
Gracie takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Gracie ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Gracie no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Carson wanted to stand there but Gracie had control of the position.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Carson, as that shot connected.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

It looks like Glenn Carson has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gracie fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Carson has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Carson moves in looking to clinch but Gracie pushes him off.
Gracie shoots for a takedown but Carson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Glenn Carson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mateus Gracie.
Gracie connects with a single shot there.
Gracie lands with a thumping leg kick.
Mateus Gracie is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Carson crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Gracie - the referee stops the clock and Carson gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Gracie. Carson manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Gracie lands with a kick to the temple. Carson shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Carson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

And that's the end of the fight!
Mateus Gracie comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Gracie winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
