Rydon has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Machida uses from the top position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Oh but Rydon is tightening it up a little... Machida has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Machida reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Machida taps out! Nice BJJ there by Rydon!
