The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Hirohito Nitta and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pedersen scores with a jab. Francisco acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
It looks like Felippe Francisco has been cut.

Francisco fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Pedersen has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Francisco throws a hook to the side of Pedersen's head but Pedersen sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Francisco throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Pedersen stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

and Pedersen counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

and Pedersen counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Francisco is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Pedersen takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pedersen scores with a one two! Francisco had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

letting Francisco counter with a right hand.
A punch lands to the side of Pedersen 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Pedersen has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Francisco.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and Pedersen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Francisco throws a leg kick but Pedersen sees it coming and moves out of range.
Pedersen throws a body punch but Francisco moves out of range.
Francisco tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pedersen was well out of range. Poor timing from Francisco.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Francisco lands a nice leg kick that just misses Pedersen's sensitive parts.

Pedersen gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Francisco gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Pedersen is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Felippe Francisco!
