The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Maxim rushes Muncu and presses him up against the cage.
Maxim is trying to pull guard but Muncu has him pressed against the cage.
Muncu is trying to drag Maxim to the mat but Maxim just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Muncu drops down looking for an ankle pick but Maxim pulls his leg out and moves away.
Muncu avoids the head kick by Maxim.

Muncu gets the takedown into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Muncu is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Maxim looks calm but he's in trouble here. Muncu gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Maxim is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Muncu lets go of the hold and Maxim can pop his arm back in it's socket.
