Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Demian Alva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Master Sifu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Alva might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Viking Death march-billy talent. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Alva fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Alva jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Sifu walks away with a smile on his face. Alva gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Alva will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Sifu closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Alva is trying to break free.
Sifu lands a nice elbow.

It looks like Demian Alva has been cut.
Sifu is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Sifu landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Alva is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the ropes enables Sifu to keep the fight standing.
