The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sack closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Tompson looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Sack scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Sack lands a nice short elbow.
Sack drops an elbow to the side of Tompson's head.
Sack lands with a punch from half guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sack lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Tompson quite badly. Tompson pulls Sack in close trying to recover. Sack postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Tompson on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Tompson doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
