The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tanner Jr stuffs the takedown.
Silva throws a series of punches but Tanner Jr avoids them all with ease.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Silva tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Tanner Jr presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Silva tries to improve his position but instead Tanner Jr has taken his back!

Adrian Tanner Jr decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
