Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Baki Hanma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pentti Hilkuri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pentti Hilkuri will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
22 - 10 - 1, fighting out of London, Baki Hanma!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
19 - 10 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Pentti Hilkuri!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Atkins and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanma lands a jab to Hilkuri's midsection.
Hilkuri misses with a head kick.
Hanma drives through with a takedown into guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Hanma preventing the sweep.
Hanma in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Hilkuri pulls Hanma in close to prevent any damage.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Pentti Hilkuri hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Hanma gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Hilkuri swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Hanma shoots in but Hilkuri avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Hilkuri dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Hanma. That did some damage!
Hilkuri stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Hanma looks to score with a jab to the body but Hilkuri is just out of range.
Hanma feints and as Hilkuri raises his hands in defense, Hanma changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Hanma loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Hanma missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Hilkuri manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hanma wants to control but Hilkuri is having none of it.

Hilkuri wants to get back to his feet but Hanma is holding on tight.
Hanma is desperately trying to improve his position but Hilkuri has a good base and remains in mount.

Hanma is not content to let Hilkuri control the position.
Hilkuri is thwarting Hanma's attempts to control the position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
It looks like Hilkuri is going to stand back up.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Hanma trying to hold on to Hilkuri's head to control him but Hilkuri postures up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Hilkuri checks a leg kick.
Hanma dives in and grabs Hilkuri's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hilkuri pushes down on Hanma's head and hops out.
Pentti Hilkuri is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hilkuri takes a swing at Hanma's ribcage but misses.
Hanma just misses with a punch to the body.
Hanma throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hilkuri.
Hilkuri misses the shot to the body.
Hilkuri lands with a right hand.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Hilkuri misses with a double jab.
Hanma throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hilkuri's waist but Hilkuri gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hanma off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Baki Hanma. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Hilkuri displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hanma.
Nice sprawl there from Hilkuri as Hanma shoots in.
Hilkuri motions for Hanma to come forward. Hilkuri throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Hanma tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hilkuri was well out of range. Poor timing from Hanma.

Hilkuri scores with a one two! Hanma had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Pentti Hilkuri seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hanma tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hilkuri swivels and escapes.
Hanma chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Hilkuri can pounce on him.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Hanma is breathing heavily.
Hanma takes a swing at Hilkuri's ribcage but misses.
Hilkuri throws a quick inside leg kick.
Hilkuri digs a good hook to Hanma's body.
Hilkuri lands a jab to the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Pentti Hilkuri dominated that round.

Hilkuri tries a head kick but it misses.
Hanma on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Hilkuri lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Hanma throws a hook to the side of Hilkuri's head but Hilkuri sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Hanma tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hilkuri swivels and escapes.
Hilkuri misses with a two punch combination.
Hanma swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Pentti Hilkuri is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Hanma swings for the body but Hilkuri moves out of range.
Hanma takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
A telegraphed right hand from Hilkuri misses the target.
Hanma misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hilkuri.
Hilkuri moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Hilkuri throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Hilkuri connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Hanma's hands.
Hilkuri scores with a nice right hand.
Hilkuri lands with an uppercut that bounces Hanma off the cage and back into range.
Hanma is rocked!

Hanma takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Oh Hanma is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hilkuri closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Hanma out cold! Hanma corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
