Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nick Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Logan Lerman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Logan Lerman has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nick Diaz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Logan Lerman!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lerman manages to avoid it.
Lerman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Diaz pinned against the cage. Diaz gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Lerman ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Diaz moves away.
Diaz lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Diaz throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Lerman on the side of the head.
Lerman doesn't manage to clinch there - Diaz circles away.
Lerman takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Diaz connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Lerman shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Lerman jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Diaz walks away with a smile on his face. Lerman gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Diaz stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Lerman is rocked!
Lerman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Diaz but Diaz pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Lerman is still on wobbly legs! Can Diaz finish him?
Diaz lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Lerman can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Diaz and Lerman drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Diaz.
