The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warmonger shoots in for a takedown but Azorius shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Azorius misses with a straight right.
Warmonger dives in and grabs Azorius's left leg, looking for a takedown. Azorius pushes down on Warmonger's head and hops out.
Warmonger fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Armistice Warmonger. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Warmonger shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Azorius sprawls well. Azorius wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Warmonger gets slowly back to his feet.
Warmonger closes the distance and clinches up with Azorius, looking for a takedown. Warmonger pushes Azorius against the cage but Azorius circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Nice shot lands for Azorius.
Azorius cracks a nice hook into Warmonger's ribs.

Warmonger tries for a takedown but Azorius circles away easily

Armistice Warmonger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Warmonger is breathing heavily.
Azorius cracks Warmonger with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Azorius lands a nice shot that snaps Warmonger's head back.
Azorius throws a quick inside leg kick.
Azorius with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Azorius connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Warmonger is rocked!
Azorius lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Oh Warmonger is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Warmonger takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Warmonger. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Warmonger glances at the clock... BAM! Azorius nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Warmonger crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Warmonger is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
