Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joe Stardust (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Gros (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stardust tries to clinch up

and Gros counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Gros working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Gros lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Gros prevents Stardust from standing back up.
Gros drops an elbow to the side of Stardust's head.
Stardust has hold of Gros's hands but Gros slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gros is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Gros working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.

Gros stops Stardust from getting back to his feet.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Gros connects with a nice short shot to Stardust's temple.
Stardust on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Stardust tries to get out of the position.

Gros is controlling the pace.
Stardust is in trouble now - Gros has advanced to mount!
Stardust is bucking up trying to escape but Gros cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Gros lands a big shot there that rocks Stardust but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Stardust is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

Gros is landing with some decent strikes but Stardust is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Stardust knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gros on the ground.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gros has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Stardust's face.

Stardust wants to try and get back to his feet.
Gros lands with some strikes.

Stardust is rocked!
Gros unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Stardust wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Gros celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
