Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dalton Pressnell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Maksimenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Igor Maksimenko is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Sergei Dronov and Viktor Lagutenko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maksimenko misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Maksimenko tries to clinch but Pressnell is having none of it.
Pressnell throws a right and a left that Maksimenko avoids nicely.
Maksimenko needs to keep his hands up - Pressnell had a free shot at his head there.

Maksimenko rushes Pressnell and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Pressnell jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Maksimenko walks away with a smile on his face. Pressnell gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
No luck for Maksimenko with that takedown attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Maksimenko.
Dalton Pressnell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Igor Maksimenko.
Pressnell displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Maksimenko.

Maksimenko rushes Pressnell and presses him up against the cage.

Pressnell blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Maksimenko's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Maksimenko shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Pressnell but Pressnell pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Maksimenko shoots in looking for a takedown but Pressnell manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Maksimenko's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Maksimenko lands an elbow that stopped Pressnell in his tracks for a moment.
Pressnell is trying to break free.

Maksimenko breaks the clinch.
Maksimenko will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
The fight stays on the outside here - Pressnell looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Pressnell tries to close the distance and clinch up but Maksimenko swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Maksimenko shoots in looking for a takedown. Pressnell tries to sprawl out of it but Maksimenko keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pressnell manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Pressnell throws a leg kick
and Maksimenko counters with a head kick. That will keep Pressnell thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Pressnell looks to land a combination. Maksimenko sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pressnell tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Maksimenko misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Pressnell drops Maksimenko with a naaaaasty hook - Maksimenko is in real trouble here! Pressnell dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
