Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chael Sauna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Odafin Tutuola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Odafin Tutuola struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 171.2lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sauna scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Tutuola slips under a jab from Sauna.
Tutuola throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sauna counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Tutuola!
Tutuola takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sauna tries to move into full mount but can't pass Tutuola's legs.
Sauna misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Sauna is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Tutuola is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Tutuola tries to improve position but can't.
An elbow from Sauna crashes against the mat.
Sauna throws an elbow but Tutuola slips to the side and avoids it well.

Sauna loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Tutuola scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Sauna land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Sauna stands and salutes the crowd.

Chael Sauna really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that GREEN! logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
