Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ongka Ongka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Blok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ongka's entrance music is Abebe. A fine choice. Blok has chosen Bangarang as his entrance music. Michael Blok has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Michael Blok!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Fedor Mirinova and Illya Tyunina.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blok shoots for a takedown but Ongka saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Ongka closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Blok did well to prevent Ongka getting side control.
Blok wants to improve his position but Ongka is controlling well.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Blok can do anything to dispel that myth.

Ongka is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Blok defends it well.

Ongka is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Blok has managed to free his arm - good work.
Blok is trying to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ongka wants to pass to mount but Blok is defending the position.

Blok tries to get to full guard but Ongka has control of the leg.

Ongka is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Ongka is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Blok doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Ongka.
Ongka is breathing heavily.

Ongka is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Blok is just riding it out for now. Ongka eventually gives up the hold.

Blok trying to control but Ongka postures up.
Ongka is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Blok!
Blok stops Ongka from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.

Ongka looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Blok is looking to improve his position but Ongka isn't that keen on the idea.

Ongka wants to take Blok's back here but Blok is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
Ongka manages to capitalize on a mistake by Blok to take his back!

Ongka looking for the RNC.
Ongka is not going to allow Blok to sit and survive in this position.

Ongka working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Blok is doing well to defend. Ongka seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Blok is forced to tap and this one is over!

After the fight, Ongka Ongka was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
