Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Meeoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson comes to the cage accompanied by Alvarez. Meeoff has chosen bawitaba as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 35 - 17 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johnny Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 22 - 1, fighting out of New York, Jack Meeoff!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Steve Montenegro and Bruno Lombardi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Meeoff throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Johnson's waist but Johnson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Meeoff off to one side.
Johnson loads up on a big right hand but Meeoff slips the punch.
Johnson slaps away a takedown attempt from Meeoff, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Meeoff shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Johnson as he avoids it easily.
Johnny Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Meeoff.
Meeoff fails with a takedown attempt.
Meeoff shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Johnson pinned against the cage. Johnson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Meeoff shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Johnson counters with a good low kick that Meeoff was not able to check.
Johnson tries to clinch but Meeoff moves out of range.
Meeoff lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Johnson circles away quickly and effectively.
Meeoff ducks under a wild hook from Johnson.
Johnson thows a left - swing and a miss!
Meeoff throws a head kick that misses
and Johnson counters with a good low kick that Meeoff was not able to check.
Meeoff swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Johnson moves into the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Meeoff decides to pull guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Johnson works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Meeoff is pushing off trying to get to his feet. Johnson has hold of the leg though and he's dropped back for a heel hook… has he got it?? YES! Meeoff is tapping! This fight is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Heel Hook). Johnny Johnson!
A relieved looking Johnny Johnson thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
