Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Con Dumas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luciano Bivar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bivar has chosen AC/DC Back In Black as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, John Kavanagh and Russell Pearce.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Dumas.
Dumas blocks a head kick by Bivar.
A cross from Dumas lands.

It looks like Luciano Bivar has been cut.
Bivar connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Dumas waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Bivar.
Dumas lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bivar throws a head kick but Dumas moves out of range.

Bivar moves into the clinch.

Bivar gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Bivar wants to pass to mount but Dumas is defending the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dumas avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Bivar.

Dumas is staying active underneath Bivar, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Bivar tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dumas knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dumas wants to improve his position but Bivar is controlling well.
Dumas is holding on to half guard well.

Dumas has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Bivar. Oh but Dumas has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Bivar goes limp - he's gone! Dumas jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
