Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Samurai Jack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mahti Sonni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sonni has chosen Aki & Turo - Mahtisonni - as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
18 - 9 - 1, fighting out of New York, Samurai Jack!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

20 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mahti Sonni!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sonni doesn't manage to clinch there - Jack circles away.
Jack throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Jack throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Sonni's head.
Sonni thows a body shot but no joy.
Sonni stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Jack.
Sonni is looking to clinch.
Sonni has taken the fight to the clinch.
Jack is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Sonni is defending well for now.
Sonni digs a right hand underneath Jack's ribcage. Jack let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Jack breaks the clinch.
Sonni gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Jack.
Some bone on bone action there as Sonni checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Sonni misses with a wild body shot.
Sonni lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Jack at a distance.
Sonni sizes up Jack with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Jack pivots, looking for a leg kick but Sonni is out of range and Jack settles back down.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jack lunges at Sonni with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Sonni's hand.
Sonni takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Jack throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sonni stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Jack throws out a loose jab but Sonni uses good head movement to avoid it.

Jack lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Sonni throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Jack throws a hook to the side of Sonni's head but Sonni sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Sonni motions for Jack to come forward. Sonni throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Sonni throws a low kick but Jack moves out of range easily.

Sonni fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jack manages to avoid it.

Sonni stalks Jack and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Jack's face. Jack staggers backwards, shaken.
Samurai Jack seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sonni ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jack moves away.
Jack scores with a hook to the body. Sonni takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Jack looks to score with a jab to the body but Sonni is just out of range.

Jack ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sonni moves away.

Sonni drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Sonni tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
A shot to the liver by Jack. Beautiful body shot.
Sonni's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Jack connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Sonni scrambles back to his feet.
Jack throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jack lands with a thumping leg kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jack uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Sonni.
Good leg kick by Sonni there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Sonni tightens his grip and picks Jack up, before dumping him to the ground. Jack manages to land in guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Jack is on top in guard.

Jack is fighting to break Sonni's control of his arms but Sonni is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Jack is looking to control Sonni's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Jack avoid being mounted?
Sonni looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Jack with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Sonni drops an elbow to the side of Jack's head.

Sonni with the ground and pound but Jack uses the opportunity to regain guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mahti Sonni showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Jack's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Jack throws a series of punches but Sonni avoids them all with ease.

Sonni looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jack is fending him off so far but Sonni persists. Nope, Jack circles away and we're back to standing.

Sonni tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Jack smiles and moves away.

And that's the end of the fight!
Samurai Jack showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Jack has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
