Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Roger Wabbit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mick Mutters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Mutters's choice of entrance music: Hand of Doom. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Roger Wabbit!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mick Mutters!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wabbit takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Nice straight punches there by Wabbit. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Wabbit.
Mick Mutters seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No joy there for Wabbit, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Mutters tries to close the distance and clinch up but Wabbit swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Wabbit is looking to take a break and control but Mutters is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Wabbit tries to move into full mount but can't pass Mutters's legs.
Wabbit lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Mutters down.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Roger Wabbit will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Mutters has closed the distance and engaged Wabbit in a clinch.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Mutters creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

That was a close round but Roger Wabbit did the better work so I'd imagine he'll take it.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Wabbit, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
