Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Craig Anderson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Udo Hitzlsperger!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson blocks a leg kick.
A chopping leg kick lands by Hitzlsperger.
Hitzlsperger is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Hitzlsperger wants to clinch but Anderson slips to the side

and Anderson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Hitzlsperger won't be happy with that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Hitzlsperger gets back to half guard.
Anderson perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Anderson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hitzlsperger is just riding it out for now. Anderson eventually gives up the hold.

Anderson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hitzlsperger doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Anderson.

Anderson is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Hitzlsperger can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
