Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lenzi Tapera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brutus Landry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Lenzi Tapera has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Lenzi Tapera seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lenzi Tapera!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brutus Landry!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Landry lands a left and a right that send Tapera crashing to the mat, dazed. Landry thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Lenzi Tapera has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Landry connects with a combination that backs up Tapera into the cage. Landry lands a flurry of punches that gets past Tapera's guard. Tapera is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Landry bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brutus Landry!
