Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dy Alvez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benjo Alejandro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alvez comes to the cage accompanied by The Rocky Balboa. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Daniel Cesar and Alexandre Firmino.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alvez pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Alejandro ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Alvez moves away.
Alejandro connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Alvez's hands.
Alvez throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

It looks like Benjo Alejandro has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Alvez lands a big head kick that sends Alejandro tumbling to the mat! Alvez takes a step backwards and waves Alejandro back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Alejandro might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Benjo Alejandro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A relieved looking Benjo Alejandro thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
