Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Boudreaux Godeaux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zell Dincht (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Godeaux comes into the arena with Battle Ready blaring out of the sound system. Dincht has chosen Fanfare as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Boudreaux Godeaux has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dincht gets a double leg takedown into Godeaux's guard.

Godeaux got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dincht has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Godeaux has managed to get both his arms back between Dincht's legs - danger averted.
Godeaux wants to control from the top but Dincht keeps moving.
Dincht looking to hit a scissor sweep but Godeaux is one step ahead there.
Dincht lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Godeaux!

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Dincht is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Godeaux defends it well.

Godeaux is pressing down on Dincht's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Dincht drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Dincht jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Dincht throws a strike but Godeaux rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Dincht is trying to keep Godeaux in close.
Godeaux stands up over Dincht, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Godeaux slaps away a takedown attempt from Dincht, before circling back to the center of the mat.

and Godeaux counters with a straight that turns Dincht's legs to rubber! Godeaux pushes forward with more strikes and Dincht goes down, battered and bloody! That's a wrap folks!
