The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silvestre throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Peltier on the side of the head.
Peltier takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Chauncey Silvestre seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silvestre throws a leg kick but Peltier sees it coming and moves out of range.
Silvestre lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Peltier circles away quickly and effectively.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Chauncey Silvestre.
