Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Josiah Bartlet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Shamrock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shamrock is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Chuck Shamrock was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bartlet changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Shamrock tries to avoid it but Bartlet manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Shamrock to the ground. Shamrock escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Bartlet walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Bartlet. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Shamrock feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Bartlets jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Bartlet looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
Shamrock goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Bartlet takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Bartlet gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Shamrock gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Bartlet is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

An out of breath Chuck Shamrock thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
