The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Santos shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Bori counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Franklin Dos Santos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Bori counters with a head kick. That will keep Dos Santos thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bori jumps guard and drags Dos Santos to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Bori has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Dos Santos off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Dos Santos throws a right and a left that Bori avoids nicely.
Dos Santos throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Bori counters with a head kick that drops Dos Santos to the mat! Dos Santos scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Dos Santos is rocked!

Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Bori throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Dos Santos is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
