The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Babakla with that takedown attempt.
House tries to clinch but Babakla moves out of range.
House tries to close the distance and clinch up but Babakla swats him away and circles back towards the center.
House lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
House misses with a two punch combination.
House connects with a crisp jab.
House looks to land a combination but Babakla avoids it well.
Babakla closes the distance and clinches up with House, looking for a takedown. Babakla pushes House against the ropes but House circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Brick House seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A punch lands to the side of Babakla 's head but he takes it in his stride.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Babakla shoots in and drives through. House sprawls well.
Brick House has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Namba Babakla.

Babakla on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

House rushes Babakla and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.

House works the jab nicely.

House lands a left and a right that send Babakla crashing to the mat, dazed. House thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

House lands with a hook. Babakla tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Babakla is still on wobbly legs! Can House finish him?
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from House! Babakla is out on his feet! House rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Babakla is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Babakla is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
