Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Robert Douchet and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Constrictor tries to clinch there but Paul circles away.
Constrictor ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Paul moves away.
Constrictor throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Paul's waist but Paul gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Constrictor off to one side.
Constrictor misses with a low kick.
Paul blocks a head kick by Constrictor.
Constrictor tries to bum rush Paul with a series of wild strikes but Paul uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Constrictor really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Constrictor fails with an attempt to clinch.
Paul keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Constrictor tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Constrictor fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Paul checks it well.

and Constrictor counters with a shoot takedown. Paul fights it but they end up in guard.

Paul has momentary wrist control but Constrictor slips an elbow through the middle.

Constrictor trying to control the position from guard on top but Paul is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Constrictor thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Constrictor won't allow Paul to sweep him here.

Constrictor wants to pass the guard but Paul is keeping the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Paul has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Constrictor doesn't defend quickly enough and Paul has managed to lock this one up! Can Constrictor escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Paul on a fantastic submission victory.
